Bryophytes
The Bryophytes comprise the three phyla: Bryophyta (mosses), Marchantiophyta (liverworts) and Anthocerotophyta (hornworts).
Lichens
Lichens comprise a fungus and one or more photosynthetic partners. Their scientific nomenclature is based on the fungal partner.
